If you're having trouble calling, texting, or using data, there might be a network issue in your area. You can check this easily using our Status Checker.
How do I check for outages?
To view any ongoing maintenance or outages:
1. Click here to open the Network Status Checker.
2. Enter your postcode.
3. Tap Check network status.
No outages found?
If the status checker says everything is working normally but you still have no signal, you might be in a location with poor coverage (like a rural area or a thick-walled building).
