How can I check the network coverage in my area?

Modified on Tue, 16 Jun at 10:19 PM

You can check the signal strength in your area with our helpful Coverage Checker:

How do I check my coverage?

1. Click here to open the coverage checker.

2. Enter your postcode or town.

3. Tap ‘Check coverage’.

4. Select your device (optional) to see specific 4G or 5G availability.

What do the map colours mean?

Use the interactive map to zoom in and move around. The colours indicate the expected signal strength:

Dark Pink: You can expect good signal indoors and outdoors.

Light Pink: You can expect signal outdoors, but indoor signal may be weaker.

Please note: These results are a guide based on computer predictions. They do not guarantee availability in a particular location, as local factors (like building materials or terrain) can affect signal. Rollout plans are updated regularly.

Signal good but still not working?

If the coverage checker says you should have signal, but your phone isn't working, there might be a temporary fault or maintenance in your area. Check our Network Status Checker guide to see if there are any live outages.
