What are Rebel Telecom's network (APN) settings?

Modified on Tue, 16 Jun at 10:19 PM

An Access Point Name (APN) gives your phone the details it needs to connect to mobile data. These are usually set up automatically, but sometimes you might need to enter them manually.

If your mobile data or picture messages (MMS) aren't working, check that your phone is using the settings below.

Please note: Any field marked should be left empty.

How do I manually update my settings?

iPhones:

Apple devices configure APN settings automatically, so you cannot edit them manually. If your data isn't working, you should reset your network settings to force an update.

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap General.

3. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.

4. Tap Reset.

5. Tap Reset Network Settings.

Please note: Resetting network settings will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and VPN settings. After the reset, you will need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords and configure any other network settings as needed.

Samsung Galaxy:

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap Connections.

3. Tap Mobile Networks.

4. Tap Access Point Names.

5. Tap Add (or the plus icon).

6. Enter the APN settings listed in the table above.

7. Tap the three dots (menu) icon.

8. Tap Save.

9. Tap the circle next to your new Rebel setting to activate it.

Most Androids:

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap Network & Internet.

3. Tap SIMs.

4. Tap your Rebel SIM.

5. Tap Access Point Names.

6. Tap the plus icon.

7. Enter the APN settings listed in the table above.

8. Tap the three dots (menu) icon and select Save.

9. Tap the circle next to your new Rebel setting to activate it.
