A personal hotspot allows you to share your Rebel data connection with other devices, such as laptops, tablets, or other smartphones.
What is hotspotting or tethering?
While often used interchangeably, there is a slight difference between the two terms:
Hotspotting: Turns your phone into a wireless router, allowing other devices to connect to it via Wi-Fi.
Tethering: Connects your phone to another device via a USB cable or Bluetooth to share the internet connection.
In both cases, any internet usage on the connected devices will be deducted from your monthly data allowance.
